In our boutique, you'll find a careful selection of beef, pork, chicken, and fish, in classic and international cuts. Each cut has been chosen for its quality, flavor, and exceptional texture.

We work with high-quality cattle of the INDICUS CEBU breed, originating from the Magdalena Medio region and also from the eastern plains of Villanueva-Casanare and Catama-Meta.
The animals are 2.5 to a maximum of 3 years old young bulls, homogeneous cattle, that is, with standard quality.

No. Our meat comes from animals raised under strict standards, organic, hormone- and antibiotic-free, to offer a more natural and healthy product. The animals are completely pasture-raised.
How are the products packaged?

Each package is delivered with the slices vacuum-packed, ensuring freshness, hygiene, and optimal product preservation. This system also allows for uniform and easy defrosting.

Our products can be stored frozen for up to 6 months, provided they are kept at a constant temperature of -18°C or lower.

There are two ways to defrost:
- Quick: We recommend placing the sealed frozen package in a container with room temperature water for at least 20 minutes and that's it!
- Traditional: We recommend thawing sealed packages in refrigeration for 12 to 24 hours.

For food safety reasons, we do not recommend refreezing meat once it has been thawed, unless it has been previously cooked.
